Description

Maintains the basic up keep of all guest rooms and common areas. Ensuring all equipment is in working order. Maintenance of entire property. Knowledge of minor plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry work. Ability to efficiently work under time contraints independently and with others. Must be able to push, pull, lift and carry  50 plus pounds. Possess physical ability to perform duties: Frequently walks, climbing, kneeling, and extend reach to complete assigned tasks. This postion is Wednesday to Sunday inclusive.
