We are looking for a motivated, personable and energetic individual to fill a full-time position on our construction information services team.
The Saskatoon Construction Association is one of the oldest and largest non-profit Associations serving the commercial and institutional construction industry in Saskatchewan, serving over 600 member companies contribute to the construction industry across Canada. The Saskatoon Construction Association is a dynamic office dedicated to providing effective representation and quality services to its members who are general contractors, trade contractors, manufacturers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Must possess a strong working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint applications
-Excellent written and communication skills, be personable, driven, dedicated and welcome to new challenges in a fast paced environment.
-An understanding of time management, work prioritization and commitment to multiple deadlines.
-The ability to be organized, member-focused, detail oriented and has the ability to multi-task with a desire for high quality.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-An understanding of the Construction Industry & Tender Process(Design Community, Contractors, bidding process) would be an asset but not necessary
The successful candidate will be responsible for operations, administrative and clerical support. You will be a key associate in a small, hardworking team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our member companies through our web-based Online Planroom service.
