Adecco is looking to fill a temporary Administrative Support in the IT Department of our client in Regina. You will provide general clerical support to all IT levels. Main duties will be checking incoming invoices and entering Project Orders and verifying information.
Requested duties to be performed are:
- Verify incoming invoices
- Data Entry to the Project Orders
- Clarify information with the Order and Vendor
- Support with administrative duties
Requirements are:
- You completed an Office Education Certificate
- You have experience with MS Office Products
