As Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible to provide inside and outside maintenance to our building assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the comfort and safety of our tenants
- General building, common area and apartment maintenance
- Interior repairs including painting, appliances repair, minor plumbing, minor electrical, and flooring
- Exterior maintenance including repairs to concrete, parking area, brick, siding, eaves, painting balconies
- Interior and exterior garbage removal
- Exterior landscaping and lawn care
- Snow removal as required
- Other tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager
Qualifications:
- Independent, self managed individual with strong organization skills
-Experience with high rise building maintenance and boiler expertise strong assets
- The candidate must possess the ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Able to learn quickly, adapt to change and flexible in nature
- Excellent time management skills
- Maintenance experience is required
- Experience with concrete, parking and brick repairs would be a definite asset
