Filing
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Answering phones
Directing clients
Data entry

Executive level administrative assistance
The Ideal Candidates:

Attentive to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to type 40WPM or greater
Willing to learn
Available for work Monday to Friday during the day
