Description

The Ranch Ehrlo Society Finance Department has a part-time temporary position for three to six months position available. 20 hours per week starting on August 18 or August 25, 2014.

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible to provide additional coverage over the summer and fall months within our Accounting Department.  Primary responsibilities are to ensure that the accounting support processes (data entry, document filing, document retrieval, etc.) are executed to meet the departments volume of service.  This role will be responsible to carry out timely and accurate transactions.

We are looking for someone who is diligent, organized and extremely detail orientated.  Basic computer experience and basic accounting exposure or experience is required.  Candidates must be able to work Monday to Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Start date is negotiable for August 18 or August 25, 2014.  Criminal record background check is required.

The Accounting Clerk reports to the Director of Accounting.
