Description

Primary Focus  
Provide administrative support specifically for operations and maintenance personnel in Regional Operation in the areas of Maintenance Management and Maximo Support.

Responsibilities  
Relieving regional field staff of admin tasks which may include work order entry and completion.


Provide front-line basic Maximo support for regional field staff.


Provide basic Maximo training for regional field staff.


Identify regional Maximo training requirements for refresher and new user training.


Run reports and give to field tech supervisors. (KPIs, man power requirements, compliance reporting).


Administer PM assignments in Maximo on behalf of field supervisors.


Facilitate any equipment information changes due to region-specific projects or operational work for entry into Maximo.


Confirm communication bulletins are distributed to the appropriate supervisors.


Gather asset information from the regional field staff on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications  
Post-secondary diploma/certificate, or three years of related experience.


Effective organizational, communication (verbal, written, presentation) and computer skills.


Experience with MS-Excel and delivering training.


Strong time-management and prioritization skills.


Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Knowledge of the MAXIMO program, basic searching using SQL,  crude oil pipeline system, its operation and procedures an asset.


Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
