Duties include:
1. Prepare Chinese meals from our menu
2. Cut meat and vegetables
3. Prepare chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp for deep frying
4. Prepare ingredients and wrap egg rolls and wontons
5. Prepare our special sauces
6. Clean work area when finished
7. Be aware of safe food handling procedure, and ensure a safe work environment
