Description

Battlefords Denture Care requires a receptionist to join their
team.

Duties required but not limited to:

-working under office manager to maintain organization of front
end of office
-Answering the phone and greeting patients.
-Scheduling appointments
-Creating and maintaining patient charts, filing,
-Learning office software and entering information
-collecting payments and issuing receipts
-working to complete insurance claims
-maintaining a high volume of paper work and mail
-some minor computer work..ie. word, excel
-coordination of patient work with denturists
-minor cleaning at end of day
-able to communicate with patients with a high level of
professionalism and personablility
*duties can be subject to change as necessary*

A skill set favorable for this position will include:
-strong organization, communication, and multitasking
-attention to detail
-willingness to learn denture program within the office
-self starter
-flexibility and ability to adapt
-work in busy, sometimes stressful environment
-minor computer skills
-customer service is paramount.....and achieving that!

Battlefords Denture Care is a very busy denture practice looking
to provide their patients with the highest level of service,
professionalism, and products.  WE are willing to train the right
person but experience is an asset.
