We are currently looking for a full time Client
Care Specialist to join our OpenStore team.
Responsibilities Include
-First point of contact via phone or email for new
and existing OpenStore clients
-Troubleshoot product issues and provide high-
level product support, liaising with various team
members to solve the issues
-Monitoring support ticketing system, and
assisting clients with dashboard support
-Ensure all existing accounts are proficient in
using services by identifying needs and providing
training via GoToMeetings, or conference calls
-Track client needs and requests and communicate
to appropriate team members
-Communicate new features and current limitations
of systems to new and existing clients
-Ensure clients follow OpenStore recommended best
practices to optimize their use of the product
-Assist with client training and education,
creating and maintaining documents, and other
duties as required
-Suggest new ways for our clients to use our
robust toolset to meet their marketing needs
Professional Skill Requirements
-Strong attention to detail
-Proven ability to work independently and as a
team member
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Ability to be proactive and find projects to help
improve the OpenStore product
-Experience working with social media
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Technical background or aptitude a definite asset
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or diploma in business,
marketing, or equivalent
