Duties and responsibilities:
Provide clerical support functions for the Training Centre departments and Administration. Duties include:
- Invoicing, work orders, reporting, payables and completing attendance
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Preparing weekly deposits
- Issues, logs and files Purchase Orders daily
- Generating monthly sales summaries
- Creating mailing lists and updating social media
- Organizing monthly financial information for projections
Qualifications:
Education:
- Business College Certificate (1-year minimum)
Experience:
- Basic accounting skills
- Microsoft Office Course
- Office or accounting (3-year minimum)
Skills:
- Effective verbal skills
- Able to work independently
