Clifton Associates is currently seeking Lab Technologists / Technicians for temporary summer / fall positions (August-November or longer) with related education or related experience in the material testing field working out of our office located in Lloydminster.
Reporting to the Lab Manager, technicians / technologists are expected to perform the following duties both within the laboratory and in the field as needed:
- Materials testing such as concrete, soil, aggregate, and asphalt with an emphasis on learning the requirements of the project or job assigned, and delivering these services accordingly.
- Accurate, detailed, and efficient inspections and monitoring which may consist of reinforcing bar inspections and pile inspections.
- Submittal of accurate, detailed, and timely reports of all inspection testing work completed.
- High quality service to all clients and stakeholders of the project.

Key Selection Criteria:
A diploma in a technology course from a recognized college or university is preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills
Strong team player
Willing to work overtime and in remote locations upon request
Must have valid Drivers License
