Description

The Predictive Analytics Analyst will be responsible for employing statistical methods and models for solving business problems in support of company and client initiatives.  They will develop analytical techniques; conduct special analyses and studies; and write, edit, and coordinate major reports. The Predictive Analytics Analyst will conduct this work directly and or assist with aspects of such tasks and deliverables undertaken by the Analytics team supporting current organizational projects and initiatives.
The analyst will be responsible for identifying internal and external data sources, procuring data elements, and building analytic tables, documenting and analyzing through various methods including, but not limited to, segmentation & predictive model development, model validation, tracking, and maintenance. Responsibilities also include scoping of modeling projects, execution of analysis, and management of projects and presentation of results. Analysis, algorithms, statistical models, and statistical graphical approaches created by the Predictive Analytics Analyst will be embedded within the analytic systems. Our ideal candidate will combine a strong education in statistics or mathematics with practical business acumen and experience using statistics and analytical programming.

The position is an entry-level position in the Business Analytics area of Application Services Development. This work will involve mastering new products and tools, and delivering project results to customers.
