Adecco, the global leader in human resource
solutions, is currently recruiting for a Territory
Sales Representative for our client in Regina, SK.
With over 40 years in the heating and
refrigeration industry our client is ideally
looking for an accomplished sales professional,
with a strong technical background to drive new
and existing customer accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge
of mechanical systems, refrigeration or HVAC and
have proven sales success ideally in this
industry.
Responsibilities for the Territory Sales
Representative will include;
- Develop ongoing relationships with customers
while maintaining a professional image
- Build and maintain the existing customer base
while growing the company base
- Increase existing customer maintenance coverage
- Influence and articulate business solutions in
an effective and persuasive manner
- Maintain contact with clients and ensure the
customer has a high level of confidence
- Work with other on the Customer Service Sales
Team to conduct service and maintenance estimates,
project estimates and management.
- Follow up on collection of payments when needed
- Provide long term business relationships and
superior customer service
- Travel across the assigned territory will be a
main component of this role
Qualifications Include;
- Working knowledge of at least one of the
following areas: mechanical systems, refrigeration
or HVAC
- Previous sales successes, specifically with new
business development
- Geographical knowledge of applicable territory
- Ability to build rapport and maintain
relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills
- Experience in the commercial HVAC,
refrigeration, plumbing, heating industry would be
a definite asset
