In conjunction with the Manager of Marketing and Continuing Studies, the Recruitment and Development Coordinator implements effective strategies to recruit students, provide information on training opportunities for business and industry in the region, and generates scholarship sponsorship. This position also researches and writes proposals for new sources of funding.
The Recruitment and Development Coordinator will promote Cumberland College to prospective students, employers and donors. The role involves extensive travel to the various communities promoting the College and meeting with potential students and clients. The Recruitment and Development Coordinator must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
