Primary Duties:
Reporting to the Board of Directors of the Mann Art Gallery Inc., the Director / Curator implements and oversees all aspects of the operation of the organization in accordance with the policies outlined in the constitution and bylaws and as directed from by the Board.

1.    General Duties:
    Institutional planning, organization, curatorial and management.    
    Participates in the planning, directing, coordinating and controlling of all aspects of development, operation, security and maintenance of the Gallery.
    Develops and oversees staff requirement and personnel, is responsible for hiring and termination of staff, training and professional development.
    Oversees all aspects of curatorial projects and exhibitions.
    Keep the Board informed by monthly and annual reports on all matters pertaining to the programmes, activities and operations of the Gallery.
