Description

The Maintenance Clerk under the guidance of the Planning Department is responsible for effectively managing information related to mill maintenance activities, as well as other daily record keeping/storage, data entries and data base upkeep.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with a strong vision of performance and results.  Experience with computerized maintenance / financial systems and an understanding of basic accounting principles are definite assets.

The Maintenance Clerk will maintain an atmosphere conducive to teamwork and cooperation.  Maintain a high standard of office efficiency, tidiness and confidentiality.  Demonstrate a leadership role in helping the Mill meet established KPI goals for Quality, Safety, Production, Uptime and Costs.  Good verbal and written communication skills.  

An Accounting Diploma is considered an asset for this position.
