Our client, CLAAS of America, is a market leader that employs thousands worldwide with a commitment to be wherever their customers are. As you work with this world leading, family-owned, manufacturer of engineered farm equipment in their Regina, SK location, you will take one step up the corporate ladder and establish the commercial/business side for multiple locations including all aspects of finance/accounting, controlling, IT, and Human Resource functions, in partnership with the North American Corporate office.
Must have's for successful candidate:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
* 5-10 years in an Assistant Controller or Senior Accountant role in a multi-dealership environment
* Strong business aptitude
* Previous P&L responsibilities
* High in-depth analytical skills
* Ability to multi-task and complete tasks on time and as assigned
* 5+ years of agri-business experience
* Ability and willingness to travel occasionally via vehicle or airline; may require overnight and weekend/evening work in season
