FINANCIAL SERVICES MANAGER
Role of the Financial Services Manager:
Control the vehicle sale by securing each deal and ensuring that every vehicle sold is delivered.
Review consumer credit applications, secure financing and establish lender relations.
Present protective products to add value to the ownership experience. Products include creditor insurance, extended warranty, environmental protection packages and anti-theft protection.
Prepare and complete appropriate legal documentation and paperwork for each deal.
Ensure every client receives a high level of service and attention.
Qualifications:
Experience in automotive finance, credit, sales and leasing or other relevant experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High customer service satisfaction expectations.
