Super 8 Regina is seeking a part-time junior level hotel accountant.
Hours: 16 hours a week.
Pay: TBD
The candidate must have working knowledge of QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online. Proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL is required in this position.
This position is suitable for candidates who have completed CGA FA1/FA2/FA3 courses or post-secondary equivalents.
Hotel front desk & night auditor with accounting backgrounds may be offered part-time front desk hours to provide full-time work.
The position will require the following:
1) Daily sales entry,
2) Accounts payable entry,
3) Scanning & storage of receipts/invoices/business documents
4) Reviewing credit limits & interpret statistics report.
5) Review payroll details
6) Use various management accounting tools to perform cost analysis on labor/amenities/food & beverage/utilities expenses.
7) Assist budget plans.
8) Other duties as per business requirement.
