Kramer Ltd. has an opportunity for a professional Service Quoting Analyst within our Product Support Group to proactively quote Kramers parts and services in support of the Product Support team. This position is located in our Regina Branch.
Whats involved?
Work with existing staff to supply parts and service quotes
Use software effectively to research critical information
Provide ongoing support to help grow service business
Provide accurate, on time information utilizing the information from the existing customer database
Establish relationships with Product Support Reps/Inside sales Reps, and Kramers Equipment Management Solutions department
Deliver product information sessions to assist in developing product knowledge within the company
Whats required?
Post-secondary education
Minimum 3 years experience in a parts or service setting
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills, as well as have the ability to be adaptable, flexible, and reliable
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
General knowledge heavy equipment parts/service industry an asset
Proficiency in various computer applications - Microsoft, Customer Management System and Dealer Information System
The successful candidate will be personable, highly motivated with service experience.
