Kramer Ltd. has an opportunity for a professional Inside Sales Representative Trucks within our Product Support Group to proactively contact an active large account base selling Kramer Parts and Service. This position is located in our Regina Branch.
Whats involved?
Forecast account goals by analyzing account base
Initiate sales calls to existing customers over the telephone
Provide ongoing customer and technical service on existing accounts
Establish relationships with potential clients, utilizing the information from the existing customer database
Provide sales leads
Deliver product information sessions to assist in developing product knowledge within the company
Travel up to 20% of the time to select accounts
Whats required?
Strong understanding of the On-Highway Truck Industry
Post-secondary education
Minimum 3 years sales experience, 1 year telephone sales would be an asset
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills, as well as have the ability to adaptable, flexible, and reliable
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Proficiency in various computer applications - Microsoft, Customer Management System and Dealer Information System
The successful candidate will be personable, highly motivated with customer service experience.
