Description

Care for 81-year-old female with mild to moderate dementia.  She lives in her own home.  She is able to care for herself such as dressing, bathing, etc, and is able to do light housekeeping duties.  She does require supervision in medication checks and cooking.  The caregiver's duties would include med checks, cooking, light housekeeping , social activities such going grocery shopping, and going out to social events in the community.
