The role of our sales team at RAM is to manage relationships with existing customers while introducing RAM products and services to new users. We believe selling is for people who are very comfortable asserting themselves to move a sales situation forward into a successful business relationship.
RAM builds hydraulic cylinders used on a wide variety of equipment. It also sells its services in custom machining. As a supplier, our sales activities are "business to business." The products we sell are technical in nature, but many employees involved in sales activities at RAM learnt all about our capabilities from the training and the experience they've acquired while with our organization.
If you are interested in a new challenge, want to pursue selling in a new industry, or are mechanically inclined and enjoy talking about the way equipment works, we'd like to talk to you.
Excellent English skills are mandatory, as written, verbal and face-to-face communication is at the core of this position's duties. You must be legally able to work in Canada, and travel unhindered to and from the United States on a frequent basis. This position is for the road warrior, someone able and comfortable travelling for 2 weeks at a time on a regular basis to visit clients and prospect new accounts.
