To be fit for this role, you must have:
*Minimum 3 years of parts management experience in a retail equipment environment Or 3-5 years parts or parts sales and/or counter experience
*Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field or Parts Journeyperson
*Hands on experience reading/interpreting parts and machine schematics
*True leadership qualities and go-getter attitude
*Hands on knowledge of agricultural equipment
