Must have's?
*5+ years job related experience in a large machinery industry
*Generate month-end reports
*Previous payroll and HR background desired
*Previous AR/AP activities experience
*Knowledge of general accounting practices
*Proficient computer use including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, & Excel
*Budget variance reporting and preparing supporting financial reports as required/requested
*Support Financial Manager in completing audits and tax returns
*Administrative support for sales, service, and parts departments
*Entering hours into timekeeping software for biweekly payroll
