Qualifications:

    Exceptional telephone etiquette;
    Outstanding and proven successful background in customer service;
    Excellent interpersonal people skills and must enjoy working with customers;
    Must be able to work in a team environment;
    Superior organizational skills;
    Excellent computer skills;
    Proficient in MS Word & Excel;
    Ability to multi-task.
