The Resolutions Team is responsible for the correction of errors and omissions in ISCs Land Registry and Cadastral Land Information base (GIS).  Reporting to the Director, Land Registry and Customer Experience, this position is responsible for the following:
- Provide day-to-day operational direction to approximately 18 staff, including 1 land resolutions expert, which may include recruitment, technical direction, general development, communication of policies and directives, guidance and corrective discipline, workload allocation and the establishment, measurement and achievements of performance standards and goals
- Participate in strategic planning for the Resolution Team and Operations and Customer Experience Division, including development of short-term operational action plans for Resolutions and providing input into the long-term business unit and division plans and structure
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by fostering a customer service focus  
- Process management, and production/quality control management
- Responsible for the business unit budget development, monthly forecast, management and monitoring
