Parkland College invites applications for an
Instructor Aide for the English as an Additional Language (EAL) Beginner program at our Esterhazy campus.

This position is primarily responsible for providing tutorial and instructional assistance to students enrolled in EAL programming, to achieve their learning goals.

Qualifications:

Education- The minimum educational qualification
for this position is a relevant one year post-secondary education and/or Certificate in Teaching English as an Additional Language.

Experience- The minimum amount of practical,
related experience required to perform the duties
of this position is  one year experience in a similar role in a classroom environment and one year work experience in a business environment. This experience will demonstrate the skills required to provide tutorial or instructional assistance to students.
