Description

Kognitive Marketing is looking for a talented new member to join our management team.  Leading an elite sales team, the Event Supervisor will contribute directly to the success of our clients campaigns.  Through training, proactive coaching, and excellent time management the successful Event Supervisor will generate results that achieve the goals set by our clients.

This operationally focused role will require the Event Supervisor to motivate and manage a team of 5-8 Event Sales Representatives to exceed all given targets. Event Supervisors communicate team updates, issues and risks to the Field Manager and work with the PM to ensure that the team is working at its full capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own full executional responsibility for your team
- Provide orientation, training, coaching and mentoring for Event Sales Representatives
- Establish clear ownership for program tasks and ensure your team has all tools they need
- Meet and exceed all team sales targets throughout your territory
- Conduct weekly status meetings with Field Manager and your Event Marketing Representatives
- Produce and complete reports and KPIs as required
- Increase team retention by creating relationships with your team and managing sales  leaderboard
-Set up and tear down of equipment

Qualifications:
- Highly professional, charismatic and confident
- Exceptional time management, organizational and planning skills
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel
- Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues
- Adaptable to a flexible working schedule that can include evenings and weekends
- 3 years of team management experience required
- Sales team management experience is an asset
- Valid G class license with own vehicle is required for this position
