E. Bourassa & Sons is currently seeking applications for a fulltime Recreation Division Manager. E. Bourassa & Sons is a 4th generation family business selling and servicing New Holland Agriculture equipment, lawn & garden equipment along with Arctic Cat, with five locations in southern Saskatchewan. The office location for this position is in Assiniboia.


The Division Manager should be a capable leader, with the ability to organize and supervise personnel.  He must be capable to manage the entire service/sales operation with the recreation division, including shop assignments, sales, showroom display and ordering. E. Bourassa & Sons will supply the training, ongoing support and quality products necessary for success.

Principal Responsibilities:
    Helping organize promotions.
    Maintain inventory control.
    Managing and coordination of all sales for Arctic Cat snowmobiles, Arctic Cat ATVs, Side by Sides and lawn & garden and related products .
    Supervise and control work load of service technicians.
    Schedules service work according to priority and maintains an orderly flow of work.
    Advises customers of necessary repair service including estimates of cost; also makes recommendations to customers for preventative maintenance.
    Handles customer complaint problems pertaining to service and repair work.
    Managing deliveries from suppliers.
