Description

Inco Services, Inc.;3550 Francis Circle;  Alpharetta, Ga  30004, is a specialty construction company principally serving industrial customers.  Inco is the assembly contractor for ASME Section VIII designed proprietary vessels.
Pressure Vessel Fitter/Rigger Qualifications, Duties and Requirements:
    Fitters/Riggers fit steel, high nickel alloy, and clad plate or a combination using special fit up gear, fixtures, equipment, and tools in preparation for welding.
    Trained to rig and set large vessels or larger assemblies / components together.
    5 + years experience as a of fitters/riggers working in the assembly and fitting of ASME Section VIII designed vessels.  
    Maintain the plate alignment and curvature throughout the welding process
    Able to read and understand vessels drawings designed and detailed in accordance with ASME Section VIII.
    Experienced in  fitting weld seams made by joining Monel 400 clad with backing material of carbon steel A516-70.
    Experience in  fitting weld seams made from solid Monel 400 or a combination of Monel 400 and a dissimilar metal.
    Experience with rigging gear, fit-up gear and fixtures common to the pressure vessel assembly and erection work.
    Experience with specialized rigging gear and fixtures used in assembly and erection on solid or clad plate Monel 400 materials.
    Protect nickel alloy materials from contamination and damage during vessel assembly.
    Capable of working on industry standard tank builders scaffolds to heights of over 15 meters.
    Qualified to work from a man-lift or scissor lift to access areas of the vessel to heights of over 15 meters.
    Competent signal man for cranes and other equipment
    Knowledge of heavy rigging using wire rope and synthetic slings, welded lifting lugs, turning trunnions, and spreader bars
    Read and understand crane lift plans.
    Qualified to operator a telehandler forklift a plus.
    Offload and transport materials within the job site.
