Hillberg & Berk is looking for a dynamic individual with a love for retail. The Sales Manager will manage all retail activities for the Hillberg & Berk Kiosk set to open at the Cornwall Centre.
As the Sales Manager of the new Hillberg & Berk Kiosk in Regina, you will be responsible for meeting sales goals, coordinating the staff schedule, assisting with staff training, preventing loss, managing the customer database, building strong relationships with our clients, organizing customer events, and managing the kiosk merchandising. The ideal candidate would like to pursue a long-term career with Hillberg & Berk. This is a full time position scheduled to start in August 2014.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Jewellery Sales: Meeting the monthly kiosks sales goals
Inventory Control: In cooperation with the Inventory Manager you will manage and update the inventory on an ongoing basis
Merchandising: You will ensure that the kiosk is clean and organized, and participate in the creation of a dynamic merchandising strategy.
Employee Management: You may be responsible for the management and scheduling of the kiosk full-time and part-time sales employees.
Brand Growth: You will promote the Hillberg & Berk brand through the Kiosk, and attract and direct new customers to our flagship store.
Skills & Qualifications:
A magnetic and dynamic personality
At least 3 years of retail management experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience
Proven leadership skills
Excellent communication, delegation, follow-up, and time-management skills
Ability to work on a rotating schedule that could include nights, week-ends, and holidays
