Food and Beverage Server wanted for Owl and Fox Restaurant. Must have Serving it Right and min 1 year experience. High energy and reliability are a must. We are a team atmosphere that rewards hard work.
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Food and beverage server certification
- Food Safe Certificate
- Serving It Right Certificate
Additional Skills
- Set tables
- Replace linen
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Load buspans and trays
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Customer service oriented
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
