Description

Supervises the operations of the Maintenance Department(s) and related building systems and equipment.

Experience:
- Thirty-six (36) months previous experience working as a Journeyperson in a commercial/industrial maintenance environment to consolidate knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:
- Grade 12
-     Journeyperson certificate in carpentry or carpentry/locksmith.

- Ability to work independently.

- Organizational skills
- Valid drivers license, where required by the job

ACTIVITIES & ABILITIES SPECIFIC TO SASKATOON HEALTH REGION: SUPERVISES AND COORDINATES ALL TRADES, STAFF AND CONTRACTORS INVOLVED WITH CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. MUST BE ABLE TO READ ALL BLUE PRINTS AND MANAGE AND COORDINATE ALL TRADES AND SUB-TRADES.
