The Omega Bartender will ensure hotel guests expectations are exceeded while in the Lounge. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving all beverages & cocktails, stocking shelves, cash reconciliations and completing nightly inventory of product.
The successful candidate will have cash handling experience, including cash outs, food & beverage experience and certificates in Responsible Alcohol Service and Safe Food Handling. 3-5 years previous experience as a Bartender preferred
HOURS OF WORK: This is primarily a night position with some later afternoon and weekend work required. Days of work will be Wednesday Sunday and schedule is subject to business levels and needs.
