Description

Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for a
full time permanent senior Seismic Surveyor job on
behalf of our client. Our client primarily
provides seismic services to companies in the oil
and gas industry. The surveyor will act as the
project lead on all projects and developments and
ensure that projects are completed within a
specific deadline. This role will involve frequent
travel primarily in Saskatchewan and Alberta The
ideal candidate should have a minimum three to
five years of experience in the geophysical
industry and must be skilled with Seismic GPS.
Salary for this position will be commensurate with
experience and education.

Responsibilities for the Seismic Surveyor Job will
include;
-Provide supervision to seismic surveyors
-Manage day to day operations in the field while
providing quality control, identifying problems
and creating solutions
-Ensure HSE standards for all members of the team
-Develop new techniques and tools with developing
technologies
-Ensure clients receive products in a timely
manner that exceed expectations
-Lead both 2D and 3D surveys and data analysis
-Communicate project progress to General Manager

Qualifications include;
-Minimum three to five years of experience in the
geophysical industry
-Minimum of one to three years experience working
on 2D and/or 3D processing projects
-Technical degree or other a post secondary
diploma in survey technology will be an asset
-Proven success in generating and cultivating new
clients
-Saskatchewan Licensed land surveyor or other
provincially eligible land surveyors are ideal
-Willingness to work long hours, travel to field
and customer locations as needed
-Ability to effectively work both independently
and as part of a team
-Valid driver license
