Adecco is currently looking for a full time permanent Order Desk and Inside Sales Representative in Saskatoon, SK. Our client is the leading manufacturer of vinyl, aluminum, and steel exterior building products. In this position will be responsible for completing order desk sales, answering customer inquires and providing information about the companys goods and services. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of the building products industry with a major focus in windows. You will have a minimum of two years experience in an inside sales capacity with direct quoting experience and will have strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities for the Order Desk & Inside Sales Representative position include but not be limited to:
- Receive and process orders by phone or in person
- Process all paperwork for sales
- Provide knowledge on products and services to clients
- Take accurate orders from clients and maintain a detailed track record
- Provide accurate quotes for clients and follow up
- Processing payments and addressing customer concerns
- Assist in maintaining adequate levels of inventory

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years in a similar role
- Working knowledge of the Building industry with a focus in windows
- Warehouse experience would be beneficial
- Able to build customer relationships and maintain customer confidence
- Experience providing customer service in a distribution / warehouse setting
- Previous competency working with drawings and numbers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer software applications including; Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills; must be able to work well with others
