Description

The Village of Calder invites application for the  permanent position of Village Clerk/Administrator.
Calder is located 56.3 km south east of Yorkton
and has a population of approx 108.

Our office is currently open 2 days a week
(Tuesdays and Thursdays) from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm but we are flexible and can adjust the days and times to match candidates availability.

The successful applicant's job duties will include
the following:
* Processing customer payments and preparing bank
deposits
* Tax enforcement and utility bills
* Maintain confidential records and files
* Enter ownership changes
* Filing and other clerical duties
* Answering phones and reception duties as
required
* Accounts Receivables and Payables
* Attend various meetings taking and later
preparing minutes
* Other duties as required by Council
