Quest Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Associate for our client.
The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.
Major Responsibilities:
Order processing to include:
- review and audit sales transaction documentation packages for accuracy and completeness
- process hardware orders and credits/collections
- ensure all orders are progressing through the various stages to meet delivery dates to customers
- provide prompt customer service and support to customers, branches and dealers
- regular status reviews of all outstanding matters; ensure data in reporting systems accurate
- investigate and resolve reported matters in a timely manner
- process activation requests
- manage entire delivery experience for our customer, owner
- contact customers to set up delivery date and time
- work with sales team regarding the equipment movement status
- review documents submitted for accuracy
Successful applicant must have:
3-5 years relevant experience
knowledge of SAP system would be an asset
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
pleasant phone manner
Ability to work under pressure
proven customer service and warehouse operations experience would be an asset
MS Office experience including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
