Description

Working with and reporting to the Deputy Director  Corporate Services/Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and leading a small staff component, you will provide all executive and administrative support to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the office of the Deputy Director  Corporate Services/ Chief Financial Officer, and will be responsible for the coordination of activities and ensuring the timely flow of information related to that Office and its portfolios.

You will also provide significant support and coordination for the Board of Education including preparing for and attending Board meetings, recording minutes and other Board activity support functions and will  collaborate with the other Executive support staff.

While you act under the general direction of the CFO, you will have a proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, and screen and prioritize communications and opportunities from external and internal sources. Organizing and maintaining administrative processes is essential to this position.
