Description

CFSS is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Director of Internal Operations. This position is a key member of the management team and works closely with the Executive Director to carry out the day to day operations of an organization of 25 permanent staff and 38 casual staff.

The candidate will have:
A Master of Arts degree from an accredited university in the area of Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Education Administration or Social Work Administration.
  Three years of experience in a position of leadership with an organization serving the public
  Training and experience in human resource policy development, personnel management, conflict resolution and team building
  Experience and training in risk management assessment and strategic planning
  Experience in completing grant applications, documentation for contractual accountability and accreditation processes

  Facility with using internet and web based applications, data management systems, various methods of communication and social media networking
  Comfort in public speaking. The position is full time permanent (35 hours per week) and comes with sick leave, vacation, and full benefits. The salary range is $61,600 to $75,000 per year.
