The HAL team is on the look out for a seasoned professional in our Licensing Client Services department in Regina. Working with a group of experienced colleagues, you will be supported by our team, all dedicated to achieving excellence in client service. This position we have available is for the Lead MVD Coordinator - Client Services who wants to be the face of our organization and provide superior customer service to both walk in and call in clients.
The person HAL needs has a:
- Minimum of 1 year in motor license issuing
- Knowledge of commercial plating including commercial leasing, leased operators, IRP and GVW
- Business college diploma and/or equivalent office experience
- Accounts payable and receivable experience
- Excellent customer service skills
