On behalf of our client, Essence Recruitment is seeking a Document Controller. This person will work on behalf of our client providing professional records management services to their customers as they are expanding their capacity to implement records retention and related processes for several customers. Working in various locations across Saskatchewan, this position requires 55% travel and therefore would require a valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle.
Our client believes in a Team concept for exceptional delivery therefore this individual will work with senior Records Managers and other Technology experts to ensure specific services are complete efficiently and accurately with each individual customer.
Along with a competitive wage and benefits, this full time permanent position will compensate for all expenses including mileage for personal use of vehicle. Safety training is provided based on the site location and required safety equipment is provided.
Education and Experience Required:
1-3 years experience in a Record Management or similar role
Post-Secondary Diploma or Certificate in Administration or similar is an asset
Proficient Microsoft Applications skills with a technical aptitude
Valid Driver's licence

Communications, both verbal and written
Strong Attention to Detail
Ability to work with a variety of client personnel
Professional presentation
