Office Administrator

Moose Jaw Physical Rehab is looking for a professional office administrator for a busy physical rehabilitation firm in Moose Jaw. The successful applicant will be responsible for dealing with clients in person and phone, scheduling, office administration, billing, filling and typing reports. Experience working in a medical office is a definite asset as medical terminology and understanding clients needs are very important. We are looking for someone with the following background and education:
Excellent people and customer service skills
Significant knowledge of medical terminology
Education in office administration or other discipline
Typing skills of 60 words per minute plus
Siginificant of knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Knowledge of   scheduling software such as Intouch
2 yrs of experience in a busy office setting

The position is now open and start date will be as soon as possible. The position is open due to a maternity leave for at least one year and could be part time after the one year. Salary will be based on experience and education.
