Description

IntraGrain Technologies Inc. requires an employee for Customer Service / Retail Sales Support position.  Looking for an enthusiastic disciplined hard working individual who will provide leadership and direction to enable the implementation of quotes and ongoing support of current and new IntraGrain customers.
Qualifications include:
-Agri-Business Certificate Program or Marketing degree  and /or academic equivalent;
-Sales, Parts or Service experience;
-Farm background would be beneficial;
-Past experience in technical customer support;
-Effective communication and written skills;
-Ability to exercise sound judgment, problem solve, multi-task, and lead a strong team;
-Strong organizational, accuracy skills and attention to detail skills;
-Excellent verbal and strong listening communication skills;
-A compelling and pleasant telephone manner;
-Working knowledge of computers and the ability to work in a computerized environment;
-Ability to demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to directions from other staff and effectively apply to customer care and aide in contribution of retail network.
Responsibilities will include:
-Perform customer support duties as required by accepting incoming customer phone and emails;
-Communicate effectively with customer and staff to support the customers in a timely manner;
-Maintain a thorough knowledge of products sold ;
-Quoting the submitted requests by customer;
-Demonstrated ability to successfully and cooperatively work in a team environment;
-Strong time management, task organization and prioritization skills;
-Ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment;
-Exhibit a sincere focus on customer satisfaction;
-Co-ordinate feedback from partners on product developments suggestions;
-Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem solving abilities;
-Provide accurate follow up and support per IntraGrains business protocols.
