The Opportunity
Our Regina office has an opportunity for a self-motivated, well-organized, and energetic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As the successful candidate you will provide day-to-day administrative support to a dynamic and innovative professional services team.

In this role the successful candidate will provide administrative support to Partners and team members.  As a key member of the administrative team you will be expected to:
    Answer/direct phone calls and questions from project clients and internal/external stakeholders
    Manage electronic and hardcopy filing systems
    Bill and receive payment from clients
    Track and organize incoming contracts
    Create weekly status reports for management purposes
    Back-up to other admin team members
    All other duties as assigned

The Candidate:

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of one year experience in an administrative and/or customer service role.  Successful completion of a business or office administrative program is an asset.  A combination of experience and education will be considered. You must demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
    A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
    Excellent interpersonal skills
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Intermediate knowledge with all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
    Strong organizational and coordinating skills
    Detail orientated with the ability to multitask
    Ability to create, compose and edit written material
    Knowledge of office filing procedures and systems is an asset
    A willingness to learn and take initiative is essential
    Fluency in either Mandarin or Cantonese
