Job Description:
Your is are dotted and ts crossed. Accuracy is crucial as youll be responsible for receiving, balancing, and processing incoming cash receipts into our business system as well as creating accounting entries. You will review work orders, updating them into our business system where required and sort and process incoming and outgoing mail.

Candidate Qualifications:
You have successfully completed an entry level financial accounting course and you have a sound understanding of debits, credits and account reconciliations.  You must have strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills, be able to multi task, handle a high volume of repetitive work and possess strong typing skills.

Proficiency in excel and word are required as well you must be familiar with accounting software like ACCPAC. Must have a clear criminal records check.

*This is an entry level position in our Accounting department.

Hours of work are Monday  Friday, approximately 30-37.5 hours per week. Open availability for scheduling is preferred.
