IEI Industrial Electric & Instrumentation Ltd. was
founded in 1975 and is now supplying the services
of over 50 Electricians and Instrumentation
Technicians. Together with our alliance to Comtech
(Communication Technologies) Ltd, we supply
electrical, instrumentation, automation, and
communication goods and services to several major
oilfield and commercial companies.

With an increasingly busy sector in and around the
cities of Weyburn and Estevan, Saskatchewan, IEI
Industrial Electric & Instrumentation Ltd. is now
accepting applications for Accounts Receivable in our Estevan location.

Accounts Receivable (A/R) will be directly responsible for performing data entry and related accounts receivable payments. This includes maintaining ledgers, credit balances, and resolving account irregularities. A/R will also administer claims, refunds, adjustments, and any other accounting related to A/R management. This position involves diplomatic interaction with customers to provide billing information and support in order to facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization.

Qualifications:
- Office Administration education certificate or diploma
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is an asset
- 1-3 years direct experience in an A/R capacity
- Basic knowledge of accounting systems, budgets, and internal controls
- Knowledge of administration and clerical procedures
