Research and co-ordinate facilities-related requests to keep our offices running smoothly. Collaborate with vendors, service providers and FCC colleagues.
What you'll do:
resolve facilities-related issues, working closely with internal and external partners
assist in the physical setup of office moves
respond to requests for information from vendors and employees
ensure verification, reconciliation and timely payment of invoices and expenditures
